Here’s how we make it easy to integrate smart home technology
Explore our Experience Center Showroom or take in a demo of actual systems in use, at our Showcase Home, where you can see, hear and feel how today’s technologies can enhance everyday life for you and your family. If you’re considering a project in your current home, we can meet with you there to walk through each area with you to better understand what you’d like to accomplish. For homes under construction, whether they’re still in the blueprint stage or have already begun building, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible, to make best use of the design opportunities provided by new construction. After evaluating which products and features will benefit you most, we will begin work on a system proposal customized to your exact needs and budget.
Following our initial meeting and consultation, we will put together a comprehensive design covering your objectives for the project. This detailed proposal will include everything from wiring to equipment and control device locations, user interfaces and power management, as well as, integration of any architectural elements or unique engineering requirements. We are happy to work with your homebuilder, architect, interior designer or contractor, as well as, any subcontractors that might be involved in the project in creating as accurate and detailed a plan as possible.
If your home is under construction, prior to drywall being installed, our team will run wiring to support the audio, video and control systems being installed later. Although wiring is never seen as part of the finished product, it is critical to the overall reliability of the system that it is done properly, with quality materials. If the project involves an existing home, rest assured that we will find creative (and cost effective) ways to accomplish what’s needed, without being visible to you.
Once wiring has been completed, it is time to install your system’s equipment (the fun part). Whether we’re installing in-wall or in-ceiling speakers, connecting audio equipment in a rock, mounting an OLED television above a fireplace or programming a control system remote, we take great pride in seeing every system we design come together, the right way, the best way… The AV Interiors way.
After your system has been installed and the finish out completed, we will demonstrate your new system’s capabilities (the really fun part) and educate you and your family on how to use your new system in order to get the most enjoyment possible from it. But don’t worry if you forget something or can’t seem to get something to work properly, we’re always just a phone call away for most things, and will visit your home in-person as many times as needed during the first 6 months you own the system. We also provide a complimentary in-home customer support visit annually. During this visit we will check out any issues you might have had, refresh your system’s optimal settings and any calibrations we performed and inform you of any product or technology upgrades or innovations we think might interest you. Think of it as a birthday card for your system from all of us at AV Interiors!
